Hello! My name is Pamela Brame and I am the Marketing Manager for Long Realty Seaside. You should sit down and stay awhile because I would like to share with you a little bit about me. I have always been a self-employed professional. Starting at the age of 27, I owned my own beauty shop/spa and managed between 8-12 emplyees for over 10 years. After selling my business, I decided to obtain my real estate license, and I began buying and selling REO homes, helping first-time home owners find their dream home. I loved working with first time home buyers because I was able to educate them about the process of finding and buying a home. Sharing in the excitement of buying their first home was also one of the great pleasures of my job. In Las Vegas, Nevada I sold real estate with Prudential Americana Group for eight years before moving to San Carlos, Mexico six years ago. While with Prudential, I participated in a number of extensive real estate training courses, personal growth classes, and attended many additional real estate seminars. In addition, I also received numerous awards recognizing my hard work, dedication and outstanding customer service.

My husband, Don Brame, and I arrived in San Carlos six years ago by sailboat from San Francisco, California and decided to permanently relocate to San Carlos. Four years ago, I participated in the first real estate school ever taught in the state of Sonora. At that time, I received my license as a Sonora Real Estate REALTOR®. I have been selling real estate in San Carlos, Mexico for six years, which has helped me become extremely familiar with the San Carlos real estate market and Mexican real estate laws & procedures. I am also a proud member of the San Carlos, Mexico Association of Realtors & San Carlos Multiple Listing Service (SCMAR). For the last three years, I have also been the MLS Director, and I have been in charge of the MLS tours. During the last six years, I have realized that selling homes in San Carlos, Mexico provides me with the same excitement and satisfaction that I felt when I originally sold homes to first time home buyers.

I truly enjoy helping people find their dream home, explaining the procedures of owning in Mexico, and especially making new friends in the process. My vision is to help my customers feel comfortable about making one of the best decisions of their lives, purchasing or selling a home or business in San Carlos, Mexico.
