When it came time to sell my home I chose the services of Pam Brame. I did so because she has an excellent reputation, she is dedicated to her profession, and she is comfortable and knowledgeable with the process of buying and selling in Mexico. Add to this the fact that she has the best Internet marketing campaign in San Carlos and the choice was easy. She then found the perfect buyer for my home and within 30 days of listing with Pam, the home was sold.
Pam, We want to thank you so much for guiding us through the maze of buying a house in Mexico. Your insight to the housing market in San Carlos enabled us to get a great deal on just the house we were looking for. As you know, our situation dictated we leave San Carlos before any paperwork could be signed and completed, yet you were able to handle all the necessary escrow “hoops” and hand us our completed trust in record time. There were no surprises and our Mexican real estate experience was absolutely painless and we’ve never worked with anyone more professional . We would absolutely recommend you to any of our friends looking to buy or sell property in San Carlos. Once again, thank you for being there for us every step of the way. Mike and Dianne Reeve
Pam Donnermeyer is the Real Estate Agent that everyone is looking for: Intelligent, Informed, Friendly, Personable, Professional, Patient; well-connected in the community, having the highest ethical standards; she knows who to deal with and how to get things done in Mexico, all the while appreciating the anxiety buyers from the North might have in doing business in Mexico. Her many years of experience selling real estate in Las Vegas prior to moving to Mexico really shows through in meeting the expectations American buyers in particular, while her Mexican experience and expertise shines as we did my deal in record time (weeks) as opposed to friends in my same condo complex that have been waiting more than a year to finish their Mexican Bank Trust with someone else…. enough said. When we bought our home here in San Carlos, Long Realty Seaside was the agency we used- what a refreshing way to do business- all representations were honest, straightfoward, and concise- the trust was in our hands in less than 4 months -Viva Long Realty Seaside- Viva San Carlos. David Boyd
We decided to sell our condominium # 215 in the Bahia Delfin complex in San Carlos, Mexico and began the process of interviewing prospective real estate agents to represent us. We met with Pam Brame of Long Realty Seaside on March 16, 2010 and were very impressed with the preparation she had done prior to our meeting. She provided us with a detailed Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) including pertinent information on her background and experience. The CMA included very informative information on comparable active listings for sale together with data on actual comparable sales in Bahia Delfin. Her presentation to us was very professional and she answered all our questions satisfactorily. We were very impressed with Pam and, after meeting with two other realtors, we decided to list our property with her. Being aware of the very slow real estate market we anticipated that it would take a considerable time to sell our condominium. Pam prepared an excellent marketing plan with photographs and a video of the property and we were delighted and extremely fortunate that the property sold in five weeks. Pam handled the somewhat complex sale process very efficiently and was always available to us to answer our questions and concerns. Based on our experience with Pam we can highly recommend her to other sellers or buyers with no reservations.

Hi Pam,,, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all you did during the sale of my house…
Not only did you handle the transfer of the house in a timely and professional manner,,, but you went over and beyond the call of duty…
Not only did you do your end of thing,,, but you did things my realtor did not know how to do,,, or had no time to do because he was too busy…
I wish you the very best in your work,,, but I know you’ll do well because you are the best realtor agent I ever had the pleasure to work with…
Regards,
Janusz
I came to San Carlos for the first time in 1994 to get certified for SCUBA diving. I grew up in Southern California so my Mexico experiences up to that point consisted of parking my car on the San Diego side of the border and playing for the day in Tijuana, maybe getting as far as Rosaria Beach. From my very first visit, San Carlos made me realize that TJ was not all of Mexico. I came back several times a year since I now lived relatively close in Tucson Arizona and was always impressed with how clean and friendly the town was. The San Carlos setting is truly one of God’s gifts to us with the mountains falling right down into the Sea of Cortez. A few years ago my wife and I began planning for retirement. We decided on a plan for living part time in Tucson and part time in San Carlos. The problem was that we knew nothing about buying a house in Mexico and everything else that comes with living in a new place – and country! This made us a little apprehensive so we spent the better part of a year just looking at the San Carlos MLS on the internet not really knowing what our next move would be. We had a lot of questions and needed someone with experience and knowledge to give us guidance.
We by chance saw an invitation by a realtor amongst the listings inviting people to ask her about San Carlos and living in Mexico. The realtor was Pam Donnermeyer from Seaside Realty and taking her up on her offer was one of the best decisions I have made. Pam was able to answer our questions about everything from buying a house in Mexico to where the best place to buy tortillas was in town. I’m an engineer and had a lot of questions that I wanted a lot of detail on. Pam very calmly answered all of them and more. Pam has intimate knowledge of San Carlos that could only be gained by really being part of the town. Both she and her husband are widely known throughout the community as volunteers who are involved in everything. Even before we bought a house, we felt like part of the neighborhood. Once we started spending time in San Carlos we realized that we knew as much or more about living in Mexico than many people who had been there for years. Pam has become much more than a great resource of information, realtor and property manager. She is our friend who we look forward to seeing every time we come down – even just to say hi. Usually we are thanking her for something.
To anyone looking for property in San Carlos I would highly recommend getting in touch with Pam. She continually has her finger on the pulse of San Carlos and has local contacts to get you plugged in as either a full time or part time resident with a seamless transition. Pam does business the old fashioned way by first building a relationship and understanding exactly what you are looking for. She stays with you throughout the entire process and beyond to insure you are taken care of. Pam is responsive, punctual and caring. She looks out for your interests as if you were part of her family. Give her a chance to help you and it will be one of the best decisions you will make in your Mexico experience.
