| Pam Brame brings experience, passion and technological knowledge to Seaside Realty and San Carlos, Mexico. She is a licensed real estate agent in Nevada, USA. Pam is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios, A. C. (AMPI), the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), and a proud member of San Carlos Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Pam is a Licensed Mexican Real Estate Agent with the State of Sonora, Mexico Lic # 340. Pam is the Marketing Manager for Long Realty Seaside, with her marketing savvy experience she has brought Long Realty Seaside to a new level with the 21st century era of marketing & customer service. Pam is extremely familiar not only with San Carlos, but also with Baja California and the Sea of Cortez. She and her husband Don Brame arrived in San Carlos on their 47 ft sailboat (s/v All the way), after cruising down the coast from San Francisco, California and into the Sea of Cortez. Cruising the Baja California coast introduced them to Mexico living at its best. After arriving on the mainland of Mexico of San Carlos, they fell in love with the beautiful, welcoming seaside community of San Carlos, Mexico. Before cruising, Pam has always been self employed by owning her own business at the age of 25 for ten years, then sold real estate in Las Vegas, Nevada with Prudential Americana Group. Pam has participated in extensive real estate training with Prudential Americana Group and attended additional real estate seminars. She has received numerous awards for her hard work and outstanding customer service. For the past five years, Pam has been selling real estate in San Carlos, Mexico, and teamed up with Karen Stewart from Long Realty Seaside. This became a partnership of two experienced American Realtors with high values of ethics and customer service. Pam’s vision is to help her customers feel comfortable about making one of the best decisions of their lives, purchasing or Selling a home in San Carlos, Mexico. Pam and her husband Don participate in numerous social and community activities throughout San Carlos. Pam, Don and their family are also passionately involved helping with the empalme orphanage in Empalme, Mexico, collecting food and clothes for the children along with a Christmas party for all the children. They are also involved in helping and volunteering with Mark Mulligan's Castawaykids, Pam is the webmaster for the Castawaykid kids organization. Pam is an artist and is also the web master for the local art league (Arte de Liga). They are still very involved in the boating community, Don participates in the local VHF Radio Net, helping new boaters feel at home. For two years Don was the Vice President of the Rescate Auxiliary, the local emergency medical response system. Don is now a Home Inspector with San Carlos Home Inspections. |
